With furniture pieces hand crafted by a local artisan and local art on the walls, this one-bedroom flat doesn’t just say Oregon, it IS Oregon.

Located on the second story of the Historic McMinnville Bank, this flat is just steps above McMinnville’s lauded wine and dining scene.The perfect destination for guests who want to prepare their own feast in wine country, the spacious kitchen has been designed especially for foodies and those who love to cook when they travel. Fully equipped and flooded with light from the skylight overhead, this is a cook’s kitchen, complete with a hand made dining table, carefully crafted from reclaimed wood. Floor to ceiling windows provide a view of life on the street below.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of our own 3rd Street Flats pinot noir and two locally made sea salt caramels when you arrive. Our house coffee is roasted just down the road at Flag + Wire and our house tea is sourced a block away at Velvet Monkey–both ready and waiting to be enjoyed.
