Built in 1886, our four flats in one of McMinnville’s most iconic buildings are perfect for a stay in wine country for two. Grab your keys at our sister property, the luxury Atticus Hotel, and get ready to forge your own adventure. Head down the stairs to explore Oregon’s favorite main street and find tasting rooms, bottle shops and acclaimed restaurants on your literal doorstep.

Our self-service flats offer guests a traditional vacation rental experience, with the best location in McMinnville and lots of independence. Once you grab your keys your flat is your own, and you won’t see our team unless you need us. Should something come up during your stay, our team at the Atticus Hotel is available 24 hours a day to offer support via text or phone. Our self service Flats are pet friendly and will have an additional $30.00 pet fee added each day of your stay.

If you’re looking for a slightly more pampered experience, check out our full-service flats three blocks down historic Third Street at our Odd Fellows Lodge. Guests in our Odd Fellows Lodge enjoy a menu of services from our award winning team at the Atticus Hotel, including 24-hour concierge; bell service; room service; EV and Tesla charging stations and access to the hotel gym. Our full service flats are NOT pet friendly.
